> electrical
A full range of rotary electric vibrators is available for use up to 690volts, 50 or 60 Hertz supply. These can be either base ‘B’ or single flange 'SF' mounted. -
> hydraulic
A limited range of vibrators is now available which are powered by hydraulic motors. This design of product is ideal for use on mobile machinery where a hydraulic feed is readily available. -
> pneumatic
A selection of pneumatic hammers is available which are able to drive small feeders or promote material flow through chutes, hoppers and silo's -

> FBLz Series
> EBK Series
The EBK series of base mounted vibrators is approved for use in ATEX Zones 1 and 2 (Gas) and is designed to EExd standard in an ambient temperature range of -20oC to +40oC.
The EBK20-40 frame sizes are approved for Gas Groups IIA & IIB and frame sizes EBK45-75 are approved for Gas Group IIA.
For fixed speed applications the EBK range is temperature rated T3. If a variable speed drive is to be used it is mandatory that the 160oC thermistors, which are embeded in each phase of the windings, be connected into the control circuit. For T4 applications 120oC thermistors must be specified and connected into the control circuit.
For ues in ambient temperatures -20oC to +55oC a range of EBKH vibrators are available . Details of these can be supplied on request
> ULBK Series
The ULBK series of base mounted vibrators is approved by Underwriters Laboratories Inc to both United States Standards and Canadian Stanards for use in both Gas and Dust environments.
For ambient temperatures from -25oC to +40oC and voltages up to 600V the ULBK series is approved for;Class 1 Hazardous Locations/Gases, Groups C & D: Class 2 Hazardous Locations/Dusts, Groups E,F & G:
Each phase of the winding has a 135oC switching temperature thermostat embeded into it. It is mandatory that these thermostats be connected into the electrical control circuit of the virator to comply with the approval.
For ambient temperatures in the range -25oC to +55oC the ULBH series can be specified. Details of the ULBH range are available on request.
